We started out with Lori and by the first ten minutes we had 100% trust in her. She really got to know us as individuals and as a couple. Honestly, meeting with her to look at houses was like meeting up with a good friend. She is the sweetest person ever and we are so so happy we found her! She made an investment in marketing my house and doing numerous open houses. My house sold in 3 months and in a price range I was happy with. We met Lori through friends and we were very impressed with our first phone conversation with her. We lived in our last house for 25 years and when we started thinking about everything that needed to be done to sell our home, we were feeling very stressed. We were worried about how everything was going to go, but Lori put our minds as ease the minute she walked into our house. She took a tour of our house and told us to relax because she felt our house would sell quickly and that it did. She put it on the market April 1st of this year and it sold April 9th. Our next concern was that our new home would not be ready until middle of August. Lori did a great job working with the buyer’s realtor letting him know we could not close until end of July. We told Lori we didn’t mind staying in a hotel for a couple of weeks but surely not a couple of months. Once again, Lori got the job done so another worry taken off our minds. Lori is very professional and a real joy to work with and we would not hesitate to refer anyone to her wanting to sell/buy a home. We also had the pleasure of working with Joyce McCahey on one occasion while Lori was taking a couple of day’s vacation and she is also a wonderful person to work with. We appreciated having her with us for the day we wrote up the purchase agreement for our new home. She gave us some suggestions on things we weren’t sure how to handle which was a great help. We enjoy giving credit where credit is due and it surely goes to Lori and Joyce who made the process go very smoothly! | Lori did a very good job in showing, explaining everything that had to do with the purchase of the property. She called us to keep us in touch with what was going on with the sale often. She made sure the garage was cleaned out and ready for us, even took some of the junk left in the garage and hauled them in her car.
